• Deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation. • Teach in English using interactive and problem-solving based methods to help students develop strong analytical and logical thinking skills. • Guide students through competition-style problems and explain key concepts and strategies used in math competitions. • Help students build systematic approaches to common competition math topics such as number theory, algebra, counting, probability, and geometry. • Support students in developing confidence and effective test-taking strategies for math competitions. • Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement

• You’ll plan, design, develop and deliver content, live online lessons and assessments for learners on Tiro’s Applied Chemical Sciences modules. • You’ll deliver a variety of specialist modules/content/materials/assessments that are learner-centric. • You’ll provide rich feedback on assessments, making things relevant to the workplace context and experiences that champion and grow your learners’ determination to succeed. • You’ll anticipate, spot and address issues/challenges to nip them in the bud to keep learners progressing with their learning. • Design robust module delivery plans, ensure they are clear and instructive. • Design and develop subject-specific content for Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Live Lesson Delivery. • Deliver Live Lessons per module which stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm, creating an inclusive and friendly environment. • Ensure module assessments are marked and returned to learners in accordance with Tiro’s Assessment Policy.

• Lead multiple online Supplemental Instruction sessions each week to create interactive student discussion on difficult course content (40%) • Create interactive activities appropriate for online sessions in order to engage students in the session and the course content rather than simply lecturing students (40%) • Integrate effective course-specific study and learning strategies to maximize students’ potential for academic progress (10%) • Participate in mandatory SI Leader Orientation, training sessions, and scheduled meetings as required by the Director of Tutoring Services (5%) • Complete SI-related administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Online Tutoring Services (5%)
