Why RTB House: As a Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the success of the Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations for the US and LATAM teams, improving reporting and analysis across the region, and driving initiatives that enhance processes and systems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic projects and helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in all financial activities. Responsibilities: Reports directly to Finance Director Americas. Being responsible for the preparation, managing and finalization of financial analysis and internal checks and support to external audits. Overseeing AR/AP processes, including escalation and resolution of complex issues. Leading the preparation of ad-hoc analysis, along with structuring the recommendations on topics to the Finance Director. Serving as an advisor to the Finance Director Americas on financial matters and compliance issues. Exercising judgment in developing, improving, and implementing US financial processes and controls. Being responsible for integrating and overseeing the governance, accuracy standards, and control frameworks for client master data, including escalation and resolution of complex or non-standard issues. Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally supporting financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfortable supporting and improving financial processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Plus:
  • Experience preferably with QuickBooks or other accounting/ERP software.
  • Familiarity with banking portals and financial transactions.
  • Exposure to audits or compliance processes.
  • Process improvement or systems implementation experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across the region.

  • The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
