Sr Financial Analyst

Plenful is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to help architect a finance function built on signal, integrity, and scalability. This role sits at the intersection of data management, reporting infrastructure, forecasting rigor, and strategic partnership. The expectation is not simply to “run reporting,” but to build repeatable, automated, decision-ready outputs that scale with the company. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to power financial intelligence across the organization. Own financial planning and performance management: Build and maintain the company’s operating model Develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses Deliver recurring KPI and budget-versus-actual reporting that provides clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities Partner with GTM and deal desk: Collaborate with GTM leadership to align financial plans with revenue targets Provide pricing analysis, margin review, and discount governance to ensure disciplined deal execution Support strategic initiatives and executive reporting: Contribute to board and stakeholder materials Evaluate business cases for new initiatives Provide structured financial analysis to inform cross-functional decisions Scale financial intelligence: Improve data integrity across systems Streamline reporting workflows Implement automation to reduce manual processes and increase reliability, transparency, and scalability
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or SaaS finance
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with a strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch
- Strong presentation and narrative skills; able to distill complex analysis into concise, decision-ready outputs
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining analytical rigor at a high velocity
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accrual accounting concepts
- Familiarity with modern finance systems (e.g., Salesforce, Campfire, Runway, Ramp) preferred
- SQL strongly preferred
