Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Closer, Account Executive, Appointment Setter, or in a similar client-facing sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident in handling objections, leading sales conversations, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Highly organized with strong time-management, follow-up, and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 Mbps)
  • Fully functional laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and noise-cancelling headset
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote work environment
