• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from concept through launch and adoption • Leverage AI embedding it into program workflows to accelerate planning, reporting, and coordination, and ensuring output quality and governance • Drive alignment with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps, align timelines, and drive execution • Define and evolve program operating models (cadence, governance forums, reporting structures) to improve alignment and execution predictability • Build and manage integrated program systems, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and scalable processes • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and GTM teams • Design and utilize scalable program execution systems that improve speed, consistency, and cross-team visibility • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and execution gaps • Monitor and improve program predictability across delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and decision velocity • Drive program reporting and communication, delivering clear narratives and high-quality insights that enable effective technical and executive decision-making • Drive change management and adoption, influencing teams to adopt new ways of working and improving execution outcomes at scale
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or technology environments
- Proven ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
- Strong track record of delivering programs that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
- Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
- Experience building processes and frameworks that improve program execution
- Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
