• Collaborate with software development teams and support their releases, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Design and implement automated infrastructure. • Maintain existing cloud infrastructure/VMs. • Monitor the environment, analyse and solve problems if required. • Utilise your understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle to proactively optimise and automate infrastructure and processes.

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform • Automate provisioning and configuration management • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Deploy and manage AI/ML services on AWS • Monitor and ensure platform reliability

• Co-responsible for system availability: You actively contribute to the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our complex system architecture. • Maintenance and automation: You support the maintenance and automation of our existing infrastructure. • Monitoring and analysis: You improve our monitoring strategies and carry out comprehensive incident and root-cause analyses. • High availability: You are willing to be on-call outside regular hours, including at night in exceptional cases. • Software development: Several years of experience in one or more programming languages is required.

• Partner closely with product engineering squads (embedded model) • Own production reliability for high-SLA and complex customer environments • Design and implement automation to scale our reliability practices • Ensuring our customers meet our SLO targets • Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models • Proactively reduce SLO burn to prevent repeat incidents • Serving as a primary escalation point and on-call for relevant incidents • Lead customer-impacting incident response and post-incident reviews • Contribute to design docs and code reviews • Influence feature design to ensure production scalability and operability • Build automation to eliminate toil where needed • Improve alert quality and reduce noisy escalations
