Contracts & Compliance Administrator
SEMI Foundation
• Administer NNME agreements, subawards, and scopes of work throughout the contract lifecycle (intake through closeout) • Coordinate contract execution with NNME regional nodes and internal SEMI Foundation stakeholders • Maintain complete and accurate contract documentation and audit-ready files • Track deliverables, reporting deadlines, and contractual obligations • Conduct subrecipient monitoring activities consistent with federal requirements • Review invoices and supporting documentation for allowability and alignment with approved budgets • Track expenditures, budgets, and remaining balances • Identify compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately • Assist with contract amendments and close-out documentation • Support compliance with OT Agreement terms and federal grant requirements (including 2 CFR 200 or comparable state regulations) • Coordinate data collection from NNME regional nodes for federal reporting • Monitor reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions • Support internal and external audits • Assist in development of program compliance procedures and documentation standards • Serve as a primary administrative contact for NNME nodes regarding contracting and reporting requirements • Provide guidance to partners on documentation, invoicing, and reporting expectations • Develop templates, tracking systems, and administrative processes for NNME operations • Adapt and scale your expertise in contract drafting, subrecipient monitoring, and compliance reviews to support a variety of other Foundation grants and special projects as organizational needs evolve
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, grant administration, program operations, or compliance oversight
- Experience working with federally funded programs, grants, cooperative agreements, or similar funding structures
- Familiarity with subrecipient monitoring and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills
- Ability to interpret program requirements and translate them into operational processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking systems

• The Airworthiness Directive Compliance Specialist is directly responsible for overseeing Frontier's Airworthiness Directive management system and monitor the process for correct and timely compliance with all FAA Airworthiness Directives (AD)s. • Review all ADs and Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) for Frontier Airlines to determine applicability initial scheduling in conjunction with the AD & SDR Technical Specialist. • Ensures that an Airworthiness Directive Analysis Worksheet (ADAW) (Form 30799) and Engineering Action Request were generated for each applicable AD. • Reviews, approves and releases initial and updated AD FMIS entries for tracking. • Reviews, approves and releases initial and updated engineering AD FMIS entries for tracking. • Reviews Airworthiness Directive Analysis Worksheet (ADAW) (Form 30799) when updated by the Engineering department and provides concurrence of analysis for AD compliance. • Receive, record, and distribute ADs, NPRMs, and new or revised maintenance-related CFRs to the appropriate parties for their evaluation for applicability and incorporation into Frontier. • Review Engineering Orders applicable to ADs. • Maintain a database of all ADs and NPRMs. • Monitor all of Maintenance organization activities relative to complying with all ADs and report the status to the AD Review Board. • Monitors all aspects of AD compliance and reports delinquent status to the Manager of Regulatory Compliance. • Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in the GMM 100.03 and ensure training is current prior to performing the functions and tasks of this Position.
