Role Description As a Survey Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's survey programming projects to success. This is a dynamic role that blends individual contribution, project management, client engagement, and account management. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that clients receive the highest quality survey programming services, from initial design to final data analysis. Responsibilities - Individual Contribution: Leverage your Python programming skills to contribute directly to survey programming and data analysis tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project. - Project Management: Manage 3-5 simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with external vendors to deliver respondents for surveys. Ensure timely and precise delivery of survey results, meeting or exceeding client expectations. - Client Engagement: - Pre-launch: Guide clients on the optimal structure for their survey projects, helping them align survey design with their research objectives. - Launch: Work closely with clients during live survey creation, overseeing questionnaire development and key survey elements. Lead the quality assurance process to ensure all logic, conditionality, and programming elements are correctly implemented and functional. - Analytics: Analyze survey data and provide clients with actionable insights, helping them draw meaningful conclusions from their research. - Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing hands-on support for urgent changes or updates as needed. Develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering ongoing partnerships. - Product Management: Identify and flag patterns, optimize processes, and localize products based on client feedback and needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client’s services. - Client Guidance: Offer expert advisory on survey design and content, helping clients achieve their research goals effectively and efficiently. - Special Projects: Engage in special projects or other tasks as required, contributing to innovation and the continuous enhancement of our client’s offerings. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations. Master's degree would be an advantage. - Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. - Understanding and/or experience with Python and/or JavaScript programming. - Proven client-facing experience with a customer-centric approach, strong teamwork skills, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to going above and beyond for clients. - Business acumen in private markets, including knowledge of private equity, due diligence processes, and the role of primary research in these areas. Role Description At BOLDSCIENCE, an Associate Client Service Director (ACSD) plays a pivotal role within the Client Services leadership team. They have a wealth of experience working within the medical communications industry and can execute a variety of deliverables and drive a diverse portfolio of accounts.
