Role Description Estamos em busca de um novo Sales Development Representative (SDR) para nosso time de Vendas, em busca de impulsionar a empresa e nossos clientes para o próximo nível! - Prospectar e Qualificar Leads: Identificar e entrar em contato com potenciais clientes por meio de diferentes canais (e-mail, telefone, redes sociais, etc.). - Gerar Oportunidades de Vendas: Realizar o primeiro contato com leads e qualificá-los para a equipe de vendas, garantindo que eles estejam alinhados com nossos critérios de qualificação. - Desenvolver Relacionamentos: Construir e manter relacionamentos com leads, entender suas necessidades e apresentar soluções que atendam às suas expectativas. - Acompanhamento e Follow-up: Monitorar e acompanhar leads em diferentes estágios do funil de vendas, garantindo que cada oportunidade seja bem gerida. - Colaborar com a Equipe: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os times de vendas e marketing para otimizar estratégias e processos de prospecção. - Faça parte da Expansão do Mercado Brasileiro: Ajude-nos a entender o cenário, desenvolver novas estratégias e estabelecer a Factorial como a solução líder! Qualifications - Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou função similar é uma vantagem. - Experiência anterior em RhTech é um diferencial. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita. - Capacidade para construir relações e influenciar pessoas. - Escuta ativa e habilidades de apresentação são fundamentais. - Proatividade e orientação para metas. - Capacidade de se adaptar rapidamente a novas informações e mudanças no mercado. - Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e software de prospecção é um diferencial. - Curso superior em áreas como administração, comunicação, publicidade ou marketing é um diferencial.
