Role Description We’re partnering with a high-growth, customer-focused healthcare organization to hire a Director of Financial Systems with a strong FP&A and Oracle Fusion background. This is a highly visible role driving finance transformation, leading system strategy, and partnering across FP&A, Accounting, and IT to modernize and scale financial operations. Role Description The incumbent will be responsible for obtaining and verifying necessary demographic and insurance information, including authorization/referrals/notifications (diagnostic, surgical, therapy, admissions/observations, and other procedures/treatments). - Responsible for scheduling patients' appointments/procedures (initial, follow-up, and/or add-on), as applicable. - This position requires the incumbent to be in a call center type environment and responsible for meeting individual quality metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy, customer service QA, etc.). - Responsible for coordinating patient flow and timely processing. - Maintaining knowledge and deployment of practices used within the department/physician practice/hospital to address patient questions or concerns. - Maintaining knowledge of insurance requirements, Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) pricing, financial assistance options, and overall BHSF Revenue Cycle operations. - Practices the Baptist Health philosophy of service excellence in providing professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians, and community members. • Lead the monthly enterprise expense forecasting process, delivering timely, actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making• Own the development of baseline and budgeted expenses, ensuring alignment with both annual and long-range financial plans• Own the budget and forecasting tools, partnering with IT to prioritize enhancements, ensure system reliability, and continuously improve planning capabilities• Partner across departments to influence financial outcomes and drive disciplined expense management through cross-functional collaboration• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while strengthening analytical capabilities and driving continuous improvement in planning processes

• Support the design and deployment of the SigniFi systems and processes across finance. • Drive standardization and efficiencies in finance systems, processes, and controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project squads, GPO teams, JJT, ISRM, and Global Services to ensure compliance integration. • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of finance and business controls and processes, across J&J and for related acquisitions, as well as supporting divestiture efforts. • Support the creation and analysis of data flows, process flows, and system architecture to identify risks and develop the appropriate controls to mitigate risk. • Support external and internal audits of the SigniFi program, processes, and systems by coordinating with control owners and performers. • Evaluate emerging technologies for compliance readiness before adoption, to ensure they adhere to data privacy and other related regulations. • Support ISRM team to ensure IAPP requirements are met and ITGCs are designed and operating effectively. • Help develop remediation plans for any identified control deficiencies. • Contribute to the automation of controls and compliance processes to enhance efficiency. • Participate in the design and execution of compliance reporting and governance strategies. • Maintain strong relationships across finance, IT, and audit teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
