Role Description We are looking for a highly proactive QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on AI-driven testing strategies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming, modernizing, and optimizing how software quality assurance is executed within the team. Your primary mission will be to design and implement automated testing frameworks tailored for intelligent applications, specifically validating the behavior, response quality, and integration points of AI copilots and automated assistants. This position requires a professional who acts with high autonomy to identify manual testing bottlenecks, structural risks, and regression inefficiencies. You will work closely with the engineering lead and product specialists to establish automated quality gates that elevate the overall predictability and efficiency of our software delivery. Qualifications - University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - More than five years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of automating complex engineering processes. - Demonstrated experience testing AI-driven features, copilots, chatbots, or natural language processing engines. - Deep proficiency in modern automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. - Strong programming skills in languages common for automation and backend logic, such as Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Advanced experience with API testing tools and validating RESTful web services. - Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and embedding automated processes into deployment pipelines (CI/CD). - Advanced English level (B2/C1) for smooth collaboration within international engineering teams and stakeholders. Requirements - Architect, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks from scratch to automate complex testing processes within the Pod. - Establish automation and validation strategies specifically designed for AI copilots, including testing for conversational accuracy, response relevance, context retention, and latency. - Modernize legacy or manual testing workflows by converting them into efficient, repeatable automated test suites. - Build and execute automated integration tests to ensure seamless data flows between frontend interfaces built in React and backend architectures powered by Python and .NET Core. - Monitor delivery health across platforms, using data-driven testing methodologies to isolate root causes of structural or architectural defects. - Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to enforce automated quality gates and enable reliable software delivery. - Participate in technical discovery and feasibility assessments to help structure testing plans for new product features, large language models (LLMs), and future integrations. - Document automation architectures, data flow testing paths, and application verification results to maintain exceptionally high quality standards.
