Digital Project Manager – Temp.

• Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters. • Oversee the delivery and execution process, facilitating effective team communication and collaboration. • Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines. • Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all phases: Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance. • Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget. • Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects. • Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. • Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations. • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.
  • Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Bonus if you are proficient in the following systems: Slack, ClickUp, Harvest/Forecast, Google Suite, Smartsheets.
