Job Requirements
- Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years in the trenches, managing IT infrastructure projects with tenacity and creative flair.
- Knowledge of the inner workings of an MSP, with an understanding of the difference between professional services and client service management.
- Passionate about the marriage between a quality client experience and delivering projects efficiently.
- A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams.
- Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across various terrains (physical and digital).
- A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes.
- Expert at navigating the complexities of multinational and multi-disciplinary environments.
