Key Responsibilities: - Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to discuss their vacation preferences, needs, budget, and expectations. - Custom Vacation Planning: Design tailored vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with each client’s vision. - Booking & Coordination: Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations. - Vacation Support: Be available to support clients before and during their trips, assisting with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise. - Enhance the Experience: Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special. - Follow Up: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings. - Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities. - Recordkeeping: Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences. Qualifications - Experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is helpful but not required. - Strong listening and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. - Tech-savvy and eager to learn booking platforms. - Friendly, professional, and client-focused. - Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences. - Bilingual is a bonus, not a requirement.
