Role Description We're seeking a Design Manager to lead our product and brand design functions. This role will shape the future of how learners experience ELSA, balancing strategic vision, creative direction, and design execution across mobile, web, and marketing channels. - Lead and grow a high-performing design team (product, visual, and brand designers) - Set the strategic design direction across all touch-points (product UI/UX, brand identity, campaigns) - Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to build delightful and effective user experiences - Champion a user-centered approach to design backed by research and data - Drive design system consistency and evolution - Roll up your sleeves when needed to push the creative bar across key initiatives Qualifications - 8+ years of design experience, with 3+ years in design leadership roles - A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and brand work - Proven success in managing and mentoring designers - Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills - Experience working in consumer tech or edtech is a plus - Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems best practices Benefits - Be part of a mission-driven team making a global impact - Competitive salary, stock options, and benefits - International, collaborative work environment - Flexibility to work remotely
