Role Description As an Amazon PPC Specialist, you will drive the aggressive scaling of our Amazon advertising efforts for a rapidly growing personal care, health, and beauty company. Currently maintaining excellent performance metrics (20% ACOS non-branded, 10% ACOS branded), you'll take our advertising to the next level while maintaining profitability and driving significant revenue growth. Working directly with the founder and collaborating with our established Colombia-based team of 57+ people, you'll own the strategic expansion of our Amazon advertising as we scale our Amazon presence alongside our dominant DTC channel (currently 70% of sales). This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to our international expansion and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to scale Amazon advertising revenue - Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns - Maintain and improve current performance metrics - Manage bidding strategies and campaign optimization techniques - Utilize XNurta PPC software for campaign optimization and automation - Work with Helium 10 for keyword research and performance tracking - Conduct keyword research for health, beauty, and personal care products - Monitor keyword indexing and ranking performance across all ASINs - Develop keyword expansion strategies for new product launches - Track and analyze key metrics: ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and keyword performance - Generate detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations - Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability targets - Conduct competitor analysis and market research for competitive advantages - Develop strategies to significantly increase advertising spend while maintaining efficiency - Test new campaign types, targeting methods, and creative approaches - Optimize for both short-term performance and long-term brand building - Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to support advertising growth Qualifications - 3+ years expert-level Amazon PPC management experience with proven scaling results Requirements - Experience in health, beauty, or personal care product categories (optional) - Knowledge with XNurta PPC software (optional) Benefits - Philippine Employment - Work from Home - SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG - Private Health Insurance - 13th Month Pay - Annual Pay Raise - Above-Market Pay - 15 Days of Leave Credits (6 Sick, 6 Vacation, 2 Emergency, 1 Birthday) - Paid Birthday Leave - Stable Employment - Skills Development Opportunities
