Role Description Compile and audit all loan information to submit to underwriting / collect conditions and coordinate the file to closing. Be a sounding board of knowledge for MLOs and other processors. Essential Functions and Basic Duties - Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by the customer and loan officer. - Process the loan to submit to underwriting which includes review of appraisal and all supporting documents to the loan file. - Collect and audit Conditions received. - Prepare files to submit to closing which includes auditing the title work, survey, Flood, CIP, Fraud Guard, and HOI. - Work closely with the title company & loan officer to get documents and CD prepared in a timely manner. - Review CD and communicate changes needed to close with the LO and Closer. - Follow up with closing to make sure all items necessary to fund the loan have been received. - Ensure that all compliance regulations have been met. - Order all documents needed for loan files such as appraisal, title, insurance, flood, CIP, Fraud Guard, and verifies. - Ability to do more complex loan programs such as Seth, VA, TSACH loans. - Help mentor new loan processors as they are hired to get acclimated. - All other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent. - Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions including FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Lending. Encompass software preferable. - Knowledge of mortgage related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria. - 5 or more years’ experience in mortgage loan processing. - Good verbal and public relations skills. - Strong typing abilities. - Good basic math skills. - Able to use related computer applications. - Well organized. • Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to customer's equipment including flooded and sealed batteries, chargers and DC power distribution equipment (cable trays, battery racks and power cables). • Interacts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company. • Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers. • Performs Preventative Maintenance inspections of customers' batteries, chargers, battery handling equipment, and battery changing/charging area and records data. • Replaces defective parts, reassembles battery, and fuses lead parts with gas torch. • Determines specific gravity of solution. • Waters, washes, cleans, and neutralizes customers' batteries at customers' location. • Installs equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications. • Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. • Maintains records of performance reports. • Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer. • Occasionally downloads battery and charger data via a monitoring device and uses the information to repair or correct battery/charger problems in accordance with the customer's operation. • Occasionally reports to local EnerSys Service Center for mandatory training, inventory, parts pick up/drop off, etc. Other duties may be assigned.

• Installs software and hardware for DR and imaging • Document all DR / IMAGING service activities daily • Provide feedback on technology performance and issues • Update technology knowledge and receive product training • Develop and design site diagrams and service related documents

• Ensure the effective coordination, coherence and consistent implementation of a specific portfolio of War Child’s Evidence-Based Methods (EBMs) in a thematic area across an assigned cluster of partners and countries. • Translate strategies, standards and methodologies into contextually relevant thematic/EBM support to partners. • Oversee EBM quality assurance, partner onboarding, thematic guidance, and adaptive learning within a cluster. • Strengthen organisational and partner capacity in MHPSS EBMs, through training, mentoring and scalable learning approaches. • Represent and build up the profile and reputation of War Child's EBM Care System Portfolio and thematic expertise externally in the appropriate fora. • Contribute to the learning agenda for EBMs within your portfolio including gather and sharing learnings on partner experiences and feedback.
