Installation Specialist

• Installs software and hardware for DR and imaging • Document all DR / IMAGING service activities daily • Provide feedback on technology performance and issues • Update technology knowledge and receive product training • Develop and design site diagrams and service related documents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field
  • 5 or more years previous work DR deployment and service
  • Expert knowledge of DR installation and x-ray room experiences
  • Networking and operating systems (UNIX and Windows)
  • Databases (Oracle and SQL)
  • Remote connectivity and security knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Lotus Notes
  • Strong customer service skills
