Role Description The Platform Engineer (DevOps) is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the cloud platform and CI/CD pipeline supporting mission-critical applications for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, Linux and Windows server management, enterprise monitoring, and continuous delivery to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable application environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving automation, and supporting software delivery across both modern cloud platforms and enterprise environments.
