Associate Director, AI Solutions

Role Description We are seeking an Associate Director who can bridge strategic thinking and technical expertise. This individual will collaborate closely with our offshore delivery team in India to design scalable solutions, while maintaining strong client presence and driving client management in the U.S. The role requires translating complex business problems into data and AI solutions and crafting narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders. As an Associate Director, you will also lead multiple engagements, shape go-to-market strategies, and mentor managers and consultants. Key Responsibilities - Lead multiple client engagements focused on digital transformation and AI/ML solutions in life sciences. - Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to design and implement scalable business, AI, and data science solutions. - Maintain strong client presence, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor. - Translate business challenges into actionable AI/data strategies and communicate effectively internally and with clients. - Develop business development narratives that balance technical depth with business relevance. - Drive business development through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership. - Mentor managers and junior consultants, fostering collaboration across global teams. - Contribute to practice development and shape service offerings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. - 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting with focus on digital strategy and analytics. - Experience working with offshore delivery models and global teams. - Ability to think strategically and translate business problems into AI/data solutions. - Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Effective communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences. - Familiarity with pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data). Benefits - A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $180,000. - Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
