• Support the development and execution of CareHive’s partnering strategy in collaboration with Site of Care leadership team • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive market and contribute to comprehensive go-to-market plans • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partnership goals, requirements, and execution plans • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at partner companies (e.g., health plans, provider groups, risk-bearing entities), escalating executive engagement as appropriate • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of health plan clients, ensuring CareHive exceeds expectations and delivers measurable value • Lead client strategy and working sessions, coordinate problem solving, and proactively engage integrated teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical to address client needs • Establish operational discipline for assigned book of business, driving consistency in Client Success practices, client engagement cadences, and reporting. • Plan, schedule, and manage regular business reviews with partner companies to review program performance, outcomes, and ROI • Oversee onboarding of new partner companies and ensure smooth transition into ongoing support and operations. • Collaborate with partner companies to identify areas for growth, innovation, and program optimization that can expand the partnership and increase revenue • Co-develop new solutions and pilots with partners and internal teams to deepen engagement and validate new revenue opportunities • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on presentations and reporting that communicate engagement trends, service delivery performance, and financial impact to partner stakeholders • Proactively monitor client health, anticipate risks, and drive actions to support renewals and minimize churn • Coordinate internal collaboration across departments to support partnership execution and issue resolution. • Maintain a detailed understanding of partner contracts for your accounts and ensure operational teams are aware of and meeting obligations. • Drive resolution of client escalations, coordinating internal resources and communicating clearly with clients until issues are fully resolved. • Surface client feedback and industry insights to internal teams (Product, Data Analytics, Engagement, Care Team, etc.) to inform product roadmap and innovation priorities • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary Brado’s Senior Qualitative Insight Specialist typically works under the guidance and direction of an Insight Director. While occasionally working independently, they execute research as directed and develop and polish project deliverables. This role is focused on learning to perfect their expertise in research and storytelling to better understand consumers and customers. Key Areas of Responsibility Projects: Accountable for ensuring all assigned aspects of the project are delivered on time and against client objectives. Contributes logistically, strategically, and creatively to every aspect of their assigned projects, from design to fielding to deliverables. Thinks proactively throughout the project to anticipate and quickly escalates and addresses changes to approach, design, objectives, etc. Supports the design of studies and contributes to writing proposals Thoughtfully crafts activity / discussion guides with appropriate techniques and activities, and structures of questions that better address objectives and fit with participant type. Effectively moderates 1:1 and group interviews and online engagements (Communities, Remesh, etc.), spending typically 15% of their time doing live moderation. Demonstrates an ability to connect the dots, identifying emerging themes and how they connect to the bigger story. Incorporates and suggests strategic elements for the report including the story flow, emerging implications (so-what), and recommendations (now-what). Begins to determine appropriate visual elements to communicate the story. Demonstrates the ability to leverage client / industry knowledge and external frameworks (e.g., Michael Porter's Five Forces, The Habit Loop), anecdotes (i.e., metaphor and story), constructs, macro and micro-trends, psychological understanding, etc., to elevate the strategy. Writes succinctly, to the audience, with clarity, conviction, and tension as well as polish and professionalism. Supports writing proposals and internal initiatives that align with their passion and department priorities Client Relationships: Demonstrates a confident, professional, respectful, agile, presence when engaging with the client. Develops rapport and builds empathy for and with the client, leading to long-term relationships. Develops and continually seeks to deepen understanding of the client's business and the individual client to ask the right questions, anticipating needs.
