Data & Business Operations Intern

• Identify potential improvements to the processes we use to solve common issues and propose creative, practical solutions. • Hack our tool stack to automate manual tasks and save time for yourself and other team members so you can focus on higher-impact projects. • Build no-code/low-code tools for organizers (which could become part of the Product one day) to test and gather feedback. • Document and train team members on the new tools and processes you develop, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing others use your work in their daily routines. • Create and maintain tools to help the operations teams be more efficient (automation, macros, etc.). • Maintain tools and processes to ensure everyone can continue working seamlessly. • Build and deploy internal AI-powered tools; write effective prompts and provide relevant context. • Help us take a step back to understand organizer performance (revenue generated versus costs: marketing, support time, etc.). • Conduct ad-hoc, in-depth data analyses to identify root causes of problems and assess their severity. • Assist operational stakeholders (Support, Account Management, Marketing, Field Ops, etc.) with their BI needs and requests.

Job Requirements

  • You are about to graduate from an Engineering program, Business School, or a university with a strong quantitative major.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills.
  • You are proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously.
  • You use AI on a daily basis.
  • You have SQL/BI tools skills or are willing to master them.
  • Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French; strong English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • You are eligible to work in France.

The OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Operations Lead to partner with leaders across the Managed Growth business and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across our most important enterprise growth initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
