Senior Marketing Manager – IVF Consumables
Vitrolife Group
• Lead regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables • Manage full product lifecycle, including new product introductions • Identify and assess market opportunities using customer insights and clinical trends • Develop campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth • Lead go to market strategy for new consumable products • Maintain a strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows, clinical practices, and customer challenges • Engage directly with key customers to gather insights • Partner with Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality teams to ensure compliance • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to support forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Seven or more years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics, with experience in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies preferred
- Demonstrated success managing technical product portfolios and launching new products
- Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and consumable product applications
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear and compelling commercial messaging.
