Role Description The candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare payer operations projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and mandates. - 6 to 10 years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations. - Recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff. - Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, as well as involving external providers. - Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financials. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Implements Mandate projects to ensure BSC is compliant with regulations, laws, and national association requirements. Qualifications - Specific experience as it relates to required and desired skills. - Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology. - Proficiency in MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tools. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). - PMP preferred but not required; SAFe Scrum Master or CSM desired.
