Role Description The candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare payer operations projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and mandates. - 6 to 10 years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations. - Recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff. - Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, as well as involving external providers. - Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financials. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Implements Mandate projects to ensure BSC is compliant with regulations, laws, and national association requirements. Qualifications - Specific experience as it relates to required and desired skills. - Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology. - Proficiency in MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tools. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). - PMP preferred but not required; SAFe Scrum Master or CSM desired. Role Description - Analyze the current business processes and PLM PDH Design. - Work closely with the local IT team and provide techno-functional support to maintain and sustain the existing PLM PDH environment. - Coordinate with the TF business users to capture and understand TF's business needs and provide solutions to TF's day-to-day PLM PDH issues. - Mentor lead to define the architecture and provide solutions to TF. - Provide hands-on functional and technical expertise to support any system enhancements/customizations, interfaces design, and development or projects as designated by TF. - Discuss with various IT stakeholders/Business teams/CxO level and help in resolving critical issues related to PLM PDH. - Make recommendations based on best business and industry practices. - Perform knowledge transfer and training consistent with the highest industry standards. - At the completion of an assigned task, submit complete supporting functional and technical documentation to TF. - TF assigned tasks in PLM PDH space as per priority assigned by TF. - At TF request, assist in SOX and other audits related to IT change control procedures and processes within the scope of Data/Report extraction. - Make project management plans, execute the project, and get the sign-off from stakeholders. - Communication, presentation, highlight risks, and manage the risks in coordination with TF stakeholders.
