Qualifications - 8+ years of successful experience in sales or business development roles within IT Consulting or contract IT staffing. - Track record of selling temporary staffing solutions to clients across diverse industries. - Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the contract staffing market. - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth in the temporary hiring sector. - Proficiency in contingent labor/contract staffing and direct hire placements. - Ability to effectively prospect, convert leads, and maintain client relationships specifically in the temporary hiring space.
