Mechanical Gas Turbine Engineering Manager

Pacifico Energy Group

• Provide technical support for the procurement of gas turbines and associated equipment • Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and performance verification activities • Conduct quality inspections and technical assessments of gas turbines and related components • Communicate with factory engineers, suppliers, and project stakeholders • Prepare technical reports and inspection findings • Identify opportunities for technical and quality improvements and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during manufacturing, testing, and commissioning • Domestic and international travel may be required

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with gas turbines (mandatory)
  • Strong professional experience in mechanical engineering, power generation, or related fields
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, and project teams
  • Hands-on experience with GE gas turbines (preferred)
  • Experience in procurement, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, quality control, or maintenance (preferred)
  • Experience with power generation projects and gas turbine package equipment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with international quality standards and inspection practices (preferred)

The Development Manager plays a key role in service to the mission of LFA through revenue generation, volunteer recruitment and management, and program support.
