• Establish and lead the Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Center of Excellence • Drive the digital and omnichannel transformation across Medical Affairs • Elevate HCP and patient engagement through innovative digital and omnichannel strategies • Improve the effectiveness and customer experience of internal BeOne channels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and refine digital and omnichannel strategies
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, Ph.D. Pharm.D., MS) with 6+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs
- Experience in leading and mentoring Medical Affairs teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Expertise in developing Medical Affairs disease state and product strategies
- Demonstrated success in launching digital and omnichannel capabilities within a Medical Affairs organization
- Proficient in leveraging insights, therapeutic and product knowledge, and customer data
