Your Educational and Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. - 2+ years working in Workday HCM implementation, Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources Technology, or a related field, either in professional services or industry. - Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday HCM modules strongly preferred. - Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
