Role Description As a Project Manager at NetForemost, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of software development projects throughout the sprint lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, developers, QA engineers, designers, and leadership teams to ensure project visibility, team alignment, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with an understanding of Agile methodologies, project metrics, and software development processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate software development projects in Agile/Scrum environments. - Facilitate and actively participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. - Maintain project roadmaps and ensure upcoming work is properly prioritized and prepared. - Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Ensure all user stories and tasks are properly documented, estimated, and tracked in Jira. - Prepare and present sprint reviews, project updates, and status reports to clients and stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams. - Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks, blockers, and escalation points. - Monitor project performance indicators, team productivity, and delivery metrics. - Support resource planning and workload coordination across project teams. - Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date. - Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project team. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, Operations, or similar roles. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience using Jira for project tracking and task management. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to identify risks and proactively drive solutions. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders. - Experience in software development projects. - Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, databases, and technical workflows. - Experience preparing reports, KPIs, project dashboards, or delivery metrics. - Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and sprint execution. - Knowledge of resource planning and project profitability analysis. - Scrum certifications or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
