• Help architect and build the control system (Maestro) for our Data Centers • Improve SW development practices including testing, integration, deployment, and configuration management • Work with our Product Management team to develop new data products to support internal teams and processes • Help develop and manage our cloud infrastructure • Work in a variety of languages and with a variety of tools

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java and related frameworks; • Develop APIs and services using Spring Boot; • Develop and consume integrations via REST and SOAP web services; • Work on projects related to hospital systems, quality, integrations, and process automation; • Develop and maintain interfaces using JSF, VRaptor, React, and/or Angular; • Perform corrective, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance on legacy systems and new applications; • Design, analyze, and optimize queries in Oracle and MySQL databases; • Support technical analysis of requests, requirements gathering, and solution definition; • Investigate and resolve incidents, integration failures, and performance issues; • Participate in user acceptance (UAT), integrated testing, and validations with business stakeholders; • Document technical solutions, integrations, features, and processes; • Collaborate with product, business, support, infrastructure, and other technical teams; • Apply best practices in development, code versioning, and software quality; • Contribute to improvements in performance, stability, security, and scalability of applications.

• Work across the product surface area – optimizing queries, building React components, establishing frontend state patterns, writing e2e tests, integrating external APIs • Own projects end-to-end: shape product solutions, translate requirements into actionable engineering work, communicate risks and opportunities early • Maintain high code quality through risk-based tests and thoughtful code reviews

• Develop high-quality Go (and eBPF) code for the Tetragon project • Understand and analyze Tetragon’s performance and overheads • Design and implement novel ways to minimize Tetragon’s CPU overhead and memory footprint • Partner across teams to align requirements, define integration points, and deliver production-ready solutions • Contribute to open-source projects and represent Cisco Isovalent in community discussions • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation
