• Respond to user requests for help via ticketing systems, email, or phone; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including printers and scanners. • Create and manage user profiles, passwords, and access permissions across platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Azure AD. • Deploy, update, and troubleshoot common enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, VPNs). • Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, and local network connectivity issues, including support for Ubiquiti network infrastructure and related networking equipment. • Accurately document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and ticket resolutions in Fresh Service. • Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams, or specialized resources when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile OS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools (antivirus, EDR platforms like Microsoft Defender)
- Experience with remote support tools (Pulseway, Intune, AnyDesk, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell or batch) is a plus
