• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS • Workflow Architecture: Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes • Adoption and Change Management: Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms • Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value • Renewal and Expansion Management: Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

• Planning, steering and delivery of complex IT projects (traditional & agile) • Active stakeholder management including communication, escalations and conflict resolution • Ensuring budget, forecasts and project profitability • Identifying, assessing and managing risks and changes • Ensuring project and quality standards as well as technical documentation • Preparing and facilitating meetings, workshops and management presentations • Close collaboration with clients, internal teams and consultants

• Lead clients' infrastructure & cloud migration engagements, including cloud migration strategy, application cloud suitability/readiness assessment, migration planning, sourcing options, business case and execution coordination • Lead design, implementation and migration to new IT infrastructure and cloud (IaaS/PaaS) environments • Manage a portfolio of large, long-term, and complex projects that may span multiple lines of business • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource planning • Works with functional Managers for project timeline and resource management • Customer relationship management; Interfaces directly with customer's IT and executive management; • Change and risk management Status reporting on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership, • Host a project meeting for each project under your direction • Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
