• Serve as a trusted partner to clients (utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and private providers) • Help shape broadband strategies by leading the development of master plans, market assessments, and business cases • Offer thoughtful, executive-level guidance to senior stakeholders • Take the lead on delivering consulting engagements from start to finish • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, GIS, financial modeling, grants, and construction • Oversee the evaluation and planning of fiber, fixed wireless, and hybrid broadband solutions • Assess existing infrastructure and help define smart, scalable deployment approaches • Drive key decisions around network architecture, capacity, and performance • Oversee the development of robust financial models (covering ROI, business cases, and operating scenarios) • Help clients navigate funding opportunities, including shaping strategies for federal and state programs like BEAD and NTIA • Provide direction on grant applications, compliance, and overall funding alignment • Play a visible role in stakeholder and community engagement, leading workshops, executive briefings, and public meetings • Collaborate with local governments, regulatory agencies, and funding entities • Manage relationships with vendors and partners across the broadband ecosystem • Provide oversight on execution of programs, keeping an eye on schedules, budgets, and risks • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics • Guide clients as they transition from planning into engineering, construction, and implementation • Contribute to growth of the business by supporting proposals, defining scopes, and shaping pricing strategies • Uncover new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts and contribute to thought leadership efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–15+ years of experience in broadband, telecommunications, or infrastructure consulting
- Demonstrated experience leading complex broadband or telecommunications projects
- Strong background in fiber, wireless, and/or hybrid network architectures
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams
- Experience supporting public-sector broadband initiatives (states, municipalities, co-ops)
- Direct experience with broadband funding programs (e.g., BEAD, NTIA, USDA ReConnect)
- Experience with GIS tools, network design platforms, or engineering coordination
- PMP or similar project management certification

Role Description The Digital Transformation Consultant (DTC) will engage with key strategic customers that have implementations involving multiple sites, multiple business units, multiple regions or deployments of massive scale. The DTC will bring a framework of expertise in Docusign Center of Excellence (COE) creation, use-case identification, industry best practices and change management, key performance indicator (KPI) definition and tracking, program-level reporting of accomplishments, risks, and return on investment. This role will work in concert with the other members of the Professional Services team as well as Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Account Managers and Engagement Managers to execute key account strategies. The Digital Transformation Consultant is ultimately deployed to ensure customers fully leverage and get value from all aspects of the Docusign platform leading to a modern System of Agreement. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Delivery Customer Success Director in Latam. Responsibilities - Consult and guide customers with understanding business and organisational impact due to digital transformation with specific guidance on change management (short-term and long-term recommendations). - Develop strategy to inform key stakeholders of program, charter, roadmap/rollout, business case and changes. - Provide customers with industry tailored points of view and guidance based on successful engagements with hundreds of other deployments. - Analyze and provide prescriptive guidance on legacy Systems of Agreement with a focus on building a multi-year roadmap to move to a modern Docusign platform. - Demonstrate superior communication skills to convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders. - Achieve Professional Services financial results while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate comfort in presenting to C suite executives.
