Role Description We are growing internationally and are looking for a Solutions Architect to help us land this mission with every client, ensuring that our technology becomes a real, robust, and scalable solution. - Technical consulting: You will be the point of reference for the client's IT, HR and Operations team. You will guide them with our REST API and know how to manage technical expectations with assertiveness and judgment. - Functional Discovery: You will understand what really happens at the point of sale to anticipate risks before they affect deployment. - Quality Culture (QA): You will design rigorous testing plans. Your goal is for the step to production to be flawless and the incident rate to be minimal. - Stakeholder Management: You will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, maintaining strategic communication with high-level profiles and providing clear solutions in high-pressure environments. Qualifications - Experience: At least 3 - 5 years (or more) of experience as a Solutions Architect, technical consultant and Implementation architect in SaaS environments. If you also come from the world of Workforce Management (WFM), we will be thrilled. - Languages: You are comfortable working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. • Serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, enabling them to effectively position, demo, and deliver Netomi solutions • Develop and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to drive technical readiness and adoption • Act as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deployment • Lead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO • Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environments • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates • Ensure a smooth technical hand-off to CS and Delivery teams • Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to business outcomes • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices for performance, security, and scalability • Build and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks) • Enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over time • Standardize best practices to scale partner-led technical delivery • Represent Netomi in partner and customer engagements as a technical expert • Contribute to technical content, demos, and best practices that elevate Netomi’s position in enterprise AI conversations • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer insights

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and scope customer challenges, designing high-value technical solutions that showcase the ROI of Netomi’s platform. • Architect and build agentic workflows that integrate generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools to power experiences for our customer’s end users. • Develop custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept using the Netomi platform tailored to specific clients use cases. • Design, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains to optimize performance, reasoning, and reliability across varied use cases. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to audiences ranging from C-level executives to hands-on engineers. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams, contributing insights from customer engagements to inform roadmap priorities. • Document and present solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for both internal and client-facing reference.

• Consulting and supporting clients in the areas of Business Intelligence, corporate planning and group consolidation • Analyzing business requirements together with Finance, Controlling and Group Accounting • Developing concepts and solution architectures based on IBM Planning Analytics TM1 • Translating business requirements into technical solutions and system designs • Modeling and implementing OLAP solutions, reports, dashboards and planning systems • Developing and optimizing data integrations from ERP, finance and upstream systems • Supporting client projects from concept through to go-live • Conducting workshops, user trainings and presentations at client sites • Providing long-term support and further development of existing client solutions • Supporting presales activities, solution proposals and client presentations
