• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Ditto's cloud database • Own the data flow story for Ditto Cloud • Define and maintain customer-facing database SLAs • Own the data migration story • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workload patterns • Serve as the go-to voice on the customer data layer inside engineering • Collaborate with GTM and field teams to build enablement assets • Define success metrics for database reliability and drive accountability against them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Deep technical foundation in SQL and/or NoSQL database systems
- Experience defining and shipping production-grade data connectors or integration pipelines
- Ability to engage credibly with data engineers and DBAs
- Track record of translating ambiguous customer workload patterns into well-reasoned, actionable product requirements
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex data integration requirements
- Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and executive audiences
