• Lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of multi-channel paid media campaigns across various digital advertising platforms • Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making, competitive analysis, budget management, and continuous campaign optimization • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Paid Media team by serving as a role model, subject matter expert, and people leader • Help drive the department’s growth and evolution through training, coaching, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration • Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and performance improvement plans to clients and internal stakeholders • Identify optimization opportunities through ongoing analysis and implement data-driven strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI • Mentor and develop junior team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and skill development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing success
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience with a proven track record of developing, managing, and optimizing successful digital ad campaigns management within a marketing agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
- Experience presenting paid media performance, strategic recommendations, and business insights to clients, C-suite executives, private equity stakeholders, and senior leadership teams
- Understanding of LLMs, AI-driven search experiences, automation tools, and the evolving impact of AI on digital marketing and paid media strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using performance data, testing methodologies, and reporting tools to drive optimization and business results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement data-driven solutions
