Growth, Performance and Operations Analyst
EcoMicro
• Structure operational processes and workflows between Ads, Partnerships and CRM; • Develop and monitor dashboards, reports and performance indicators; • Analyze acquisition, retention and monetization metrics; • Build LTV, payback, ROI analyses and channel-level performance assessments; • Support the creation and optimization of acquisition and retention funnels; • Identify bottlenecks, opportunities and areas for operational improvement; • Ensure visibility of results for management; • Translate strategies defined by leadership into executable and measurable processes; • Support prioritization of initiatives based on data; • Establish controls, monitoring routines and analysis cadences; • Work cross-functionally with Ads, CRM, Social Media, Design and Partnerships teams; • Assist in evaluating campaigns, partners, affiliates and acquisition channels; • Contribute to the development of a performance- and results-oriented culture.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and structuring dashboards or management reports from scratch (using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or advanced Excel/Sheets)
- Previous experience working directly with integrated CRM (retention) and Paid Traffic/Media (acquisition) strategies
- Previous experience in the Technology or iGaming market (online betting, casinos or industry affiliates)
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Ability to translate information into processes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to connect teams and align objectives
- Business acumen
- Ability to identify opportunities through data
- Autonomy and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in growth, acquisition, retention and performance
- Previous experience in Growth, RevOps, Business Operations or similar areas

- Knowledge of LTV, CAC, ROI, Payback and funnels
- Experience in technology companies, SaaS, marketplaces or high-performance environments
- Previous experience in the iGaming market
- Knowledge of affiliates, influencers and acquisition channels
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and business KPIs.
