Job Requirements
- Experience managing paid media campaigns
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience analyzing metrics and performance indicators
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with acquisition funnels, demand generation, and conversion strategies
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish (mandatory — disqualifying requirement)

The Assistant Analyst will provide investment operational support to the Private Real Estate team and perform analytical work across a group of real estate assets, including debt, equity, and fund investments. The role partners closely with multiple internal functional areas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is based in our Hartford, CT office on a full-time, hybrid schedule (three days in the office; two days remote). Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $80,001 - $94,999
