• Edit videos for ads, creatives, and VSLs with a focus on conversion and performance. • Apply cuts, soundtracks, subtitles, and graphic elements aligned with the brand's visual identity. • Organize raw footage, log and break down materials, and keep file and project workflows up to date. • Use AI tools for optimization, subtitling, dubbing, and visual enhancement. • Participate in tests of formats, hooks, and editing styles, contributing ideas and trends. • (For more senior levels) Lead post-production processes, review materials from other editors, and ensure aesthetic and strategic consistency across deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Film, Audiovisual Production, or related fields is a plus.
- Up-to-date portfolio with work in Reels, Shorts, TikToks, VSLs, or performance-driven ads.
- Computer with sufficient specifications for professional editing.
- (For senior levels) Proven experience in Direct Response (DR) operations and editing high-conversion VSLs.
