Sales Representative, Temporary Roll-Off
WM
• Conduct sales processes associated with closing new customer sales for Temporary Roll-off and Bagster services. • Achieve budgeted closing and productivity goals by performing customer touchpoints through a dedicated queue. • Receive inbound calls and perform some outbound calls supporting the customer base. • Present WM products and services benefitting the customer through needs-based selling. • Offer, quote and close prospective customer sales using knowledge of WM products and services. • Influence customers to buy product by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. • Ensure timely closure of sale by promptly and accurately recording names, addresses, and purchases within the WM system. • Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state, and federal regulations. • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 2 years of relevant B2B experience in Sales (in addition to education requirement)
