• Act as N2 support, performing root-cause corrections; • Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve causes of system and service failures; • Monitor systems and performance; • Work on reconciliations, communicating directly with business areas; • Collaborate with the Development team; • Work with microservices-oriented architecture and DevOps practices; • Implement root-cause fixes and develop new features using C# and SQL; • Coordinate with the client to validate new features and deploy them to production; • Understand clients’ business workflows and develop proposed solutions; • Participate in agile software development practices; • Maintain close relationships with business units and other IT teams.

• Design, develop, and optimize C# / .NET Core Web APIs • Implement secure, scalable, and high performance backend services • Apply best practices in dependency injection, middleware, async programming, and error handling • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with proper versioning and documentation • Integrate backend services with databases and external systems • Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of backend components • Deploy and manage backend services on Azure App Service • Configure application settings, environments, and secrets • Implement monitoring, logging, and diagnostics using Azure Application Insights • Troubleshoot production issues using logs, telemetry, and metrics • Support release and environment management activities • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access logic • Ensure data integrity, performance, and transaction handling • Integrate with authentication providers and external APIs • Own backend deliverables for assigned features or modules • Participate in technical design discussions and effort estimations • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards • Mentor Consultants and junior developers • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and cross functional teams • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
