• Managing all aspects of the online inspection and production process, including heavy equipment and truck inspections, research, photography/video, descriptions, and logistics. • Working with our customers, including loading and unloading, customer assistance, troubleshooting, etc. • Scheduling and coordinating heavy equipment inspections with our partners/customers • Construction equipment and customer support, including loading, unloading, minor repairs, customer assistance, troubleshooting, etc as required • Maintain industry-leading customer service levels with our sellers and buyers, including customer inquiries, disputes and positive resolutions, always fostering a culture of Doing the Right Thing • Understanding online sales, merchandizing, auctions and eBay • Researching a wide range of assets via internet and various sources • Develop, maintain, implement and follow policies and practices for safe and efficient operations • Writing professional asset descriptions that are informative, detailed, accurate and global buyer-focused • Have and maintain highest level of professionalism and integrity • Working with all parts of the business to ensure superior satisfaction for all of our customers, both buyers and sellers • Learning all aspects of the business and driving positive change in our processes and our capabilities

• Identify trending game and social moments and translate them into engaging digital video content • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and distribute videos that activate new audiences • Analyze performance metrics to recommend enhancements that improve engagement • Manage production timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule • Stay current on latest trends, technology and best practices to support continuous improvement across ESPN platforms including YouTube

• Generate, review and prepare files of outgoing Audit Letters on a daily basis. • Monitor delivery confirmations and reprocess as needed due to failure • Meet quality and productivity standards as indicated by service level • Comply with HIPAA and other regulations regarding confidentiality of information. • Escalate issues to management and handle for Follow Up action as needed. • Responsible for communication and reporting of any system or workflow issues to the appropriate Leadership or Team Members • Monitor and respond to “Chats” from Providers • Monitor and respond to email correspondence, both internal and external. • Other duties as assigned to support the audit process and/or company-wide programs

• Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism. • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails within established service levels. • Log and return voicemails within established service levels. • Make outbound calls to assist providers with portal navigation, verify contact details, and confirm receipt of request letters. • Respond to chat inquiries from providers with clarity and accuracy. • Escalate unresolved issues to management and follow up as needed. • Communicate and report any workflow or system issues to leadership. • Consistently meet quality and productivity standards. • Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality regulations in all interactions.
