Member Engagement Executive
AAIS (American Association of Insurance Services)
• Develop and manage relationships with current and prospective member organizations, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Drive membership growth through new member acquisition and cross-sell opportunities via expanded utilization of AAIS products and services. • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective member opportunities and strategic growth initiatives. • Conduct regular outreach with member executives and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and future needs. • Collaborate with Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure members receive maximum value from their relationship with AAIS. • Identify opportunities to strengthen member engagement, improve retention, and expand strategic relationships. • Represent AAIS at industry conferences, member meetings, and relevant industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of property and casualty insurance industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, client engagement, or relationship management roles.
- Experience working directly with insurance carrier executives and decision-makers preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
