Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles such as Group Manager, Director or Head of Engineering.
  • Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams in SaaS companies.
  • Strong hands-on engineering experience with proficiency in Python/backend systems, APIs and cloud architecture on AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with large-scale backend systems, distributed architectures, high-availability environments and production-grade services.
  • Experience leading SRE, DevOps or production engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Leadership mindset focused on people development, mentoring and talent retention.
  • Advanced/Fluent English for written and verbal communication.
