• Mantener la operación funcional y la correcta adopción de SAP en Tenpo, gestionando requerimientos, incidentes y pruebas de calidad (UAT), habilitando a los usuarios para operar el sistema con la máxima eficiencia y cumplimiento normativo. • Gestión de Requerimientos y Datos Maestros: Recepcionar, priorizar y resolver configuraciones menores y mantenimiento de datos maestros (proveedores, cuentas contables, centros de coste, etc.). • Resolución de Incidentes Funcionales: Diagnosticar y escalar incidentes en SAP, coordinando con soporte técnico o consultores externos para evitar impactos en cierres contables o ciclos de pago. • Pruebas Funcionales (UAT): Diseñar y ejecutar casos de prueba para validar nuevos desarrollos o actualizaciones antes de su paso a producción. • Capacitación y Adopción: Diseñar planes de formación, crear manuales operativos y guías rápidas para empoderar a los usuarios internos (Finanzas, Abastecimiento, Contabilidad). • Documentación y Mejora Continua: Mantener al día los flujos de proceso, matrices de configuración e identificar oportunidades de optimización en el sistema. • Soporte a Cierres: Apoyar los procesos de cierre mensual y anual, verificando la integridad de los datos y generando reportería operativa.

Role Description The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Controlling and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency. - SAP Rollout: - Lead the Rollout of S4 Controlling. - Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents. - Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs. - Lead Unit test and UAT testing. - Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery. - Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals. - User Support & Training: - Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. - Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team. - Data Migration: - Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program. - Hypercare Support: - Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. - Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences. Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP CO. Requirements - Deep understanding of SAP modules related to Controlling. - Experience in integration with other business processes.

• Participate and drive SAP SD implementations across all project phases – Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live & Support • Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including: - Sales Order Management - Pricing & Billing - Delivery & Shipping • Work on aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) capabilities and ensure efficient product availability checks • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Collaborate with ABAP, integration, and cross-functional teams (MM, FI, TM, etc.) • Support global rollouts and localization requirements • Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
