Job Description

Intern – Trade Marketing, Sell-Out

• Support the administrative and operational routines of the Trade Marketing area, including opening payment requisitions and tracking related requests. • Assist in the development, updating and organization of the sell-out action book, including criteria, workflows and campaign information. • Assist in organizing and monitoring regional sell-out activities, ensuring control of deadlines, approvals and initiative statuses. • Support the curation of regional campaigns by gathering information, validating data and helping consolidate requests received from the field team. • Support processes related to the Incentive Card, including organizing orders, payment requests, status tracking and updating internal controls. • Contribute to the development and monitoring of national promotions focused on sell-out, supporting the organization of information, communication materials and operational alignments. • Support the interface with the field team, contributing to communication of initiatives, monitoring execution and consolidating questions or needs from regional teams. • Organize information, spreadsheets, presentations and reports related to Trade Sell-Out activities, ensuring standardization, clarity and that materials are up to date. • Support interactions with internal areas and external partners to ensure initiatives progress within defined deadlines and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Communications or related fields.
  • We are looking for someone organized, communicative and curious, with a strong sense of priorities, attention to detail and an interest in Trade Marketing, retail, promotional activities and point-of-sale execution.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Outlook and Teams.

Qualifications - Required Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support or virtual assistant role, with a strong interest in digital marketing. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; strong ability to compile research and prepare clear, concise summaries. - High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom). - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting professional correspondence. - Preferred Qualifications - Basic familiarity with SEO/PPC terminology or digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
