What you’ll be doing: Write, edit, and adapt content for web, blogs, videos, campaigns, social media, and sales enablement Manage and mentor a global marketing team, driving consistency and quality Deliver integrated content packages optimized for digital success Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to turn insights into engaging and lead-driving content Manage external writers, designers, and agencies to scale content production Oversee briefs, timelines, and quality to keep content on-brand and on time Monitor and report on program outcomes, leveraging insights to propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence What we’re looking for: 5+ years in B2B content marketing, marketing communications, or digital marketing Proven experience managing global or cross-functional teams Exceptional writing and editing skills - you make complex topics clear, engaging, and memorable, keeping it human and personable Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, web, email, and social channels Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines Knowledge about AI optimisation strategies and how they fit with content plans Experience in IT services, managed support, or third-party support preferred Interview process: Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent.
