Editorial Products Sales Representative
Editora Dialética
• Establish direct contact with leads via email, phone and WhatsApp • Update and manage information in the CRM • Prospect and contact authors • Manage leads and monitor the sales funnel • Conduct sales meetings by phone • Handle commercial requests via email and WhatsApp.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience with telephone sales and working with sales targets/quotas
- Proficiency with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with CRM systems (RD Station preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales, especially in the publishing industry or related services, is a plus
- Proactive and able to build strong customer relationships
- Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
