Role Description The Organizational Change & Transformation Manager plays a meaningful role in enabling successful enterprise transformation by ensuring operating model changes are understood, adopted, and sustained. This role partners closely with Enterprise Transformation Planning & Execution Leads and Transformation Strategy Analysts to translate target-state designs into clear change, communication, and adoption strategies. The role applies structured change methodologies to assess impact, readiness, and resistance, and works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive behavioral and capability shifts required to realize intended business outcomes. Core Responsibilities - Apply a structured, enterprise-defined change management methodology to support operating model transformation initiatives end to end. - Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across capabilities, roles, processes, and governance to inform adoption strategies. - Partner with Enterprise Transformation Planning & Execution Leads to surface change implications, adoption risks, and sequencing considerations embedded in operating model designs. - Identify, assess, and proactively manage resistance by developing targeted mitigation, engagement, and reinforcement strategies. - Develop actionable change strategies, communication, and training plans aligned to enterprise milestones and workstream priorities. - Support senior leaders and workstream sponsors with tailored messaging, talking points, and engagement approaches to reinforce change objectives. - Define success metrics for adoption and behavior change; monitor progress and recommend corrective actions as needed. - Track change-related risks, issues, and dependencies; raise concerns with clear impact articulation and recommended paths forward. Qualifications - 7 or more years of proven experience leading change management efforts for large-scale, multi-workstream transformations. - Strong business insight with the ability to understand operating model build decisions and translate them into adoption implications. - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional collaborators, and transformation teams. - Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations and concise, decision-ready materials. - Ability to influence without authority and align diverse collaborators around shared outcomes. - Experience developing change, communication, and training content using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project, Azure DevOps and JIRA is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of adoption challenges and resistance drivers. - Comfort operating across strategy, design, and execution phases of transformation work. - Growth mindset toward emerging technologies, including the use of AI to enhance change enablement and ways of working. - Familiarity with transformation governance, operating model frameworks, and enterprise program environments. Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $130,000 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
